City Council Study Session

CALL TO ORDER

Mayor William M. Wheaton opened the Study Session at 7:00 p.m.

II.       ROLL CALL

Ron Gant (1), Betty Branche (2), Ken Waito (3), Andy Zblewski (4), Cheryl Krause (5), George Strander (6) and Mayor William M. Wheaton.

Administration:  Mike Herman, City Manager; Kevin Markovich, Director of Public Services; Kerry Helmick, Finance Director/City Clerk/City Treasurer; Barry Hicks, Director of Zoning and Planning; John Tracy, Code Enforcement Officer; Jackie Belcher, Department of Public Safety Administrative Assistant and Chuck Robison, City Attorney.

III.     DISCUSSION

            A.         Discussion of Refuse Proposals

                        Mayor Wheaton gave a synopsis of study session procedures.

City Manager Herman gave a PowerPoint presentation on the single hauler program objectives and a summarization of the refuse haulers submitted proposals.

IV.       ADJOURNMENT

Branche moved, Strander supported, CARRIED, to adjourn the Study Session.  (7-0, rcv).

Mayor Wheaton adjourned the Study Session at 8:34 p.m.
