City Council Study Session

November 12, 2007

I.                   CALL TO ORDER

Mayor William M. Wheaton opened the study session at 7:00 p.m.

II.               ROLL CALL

Ron Gant (1), Betty Branche (2), Ken Waito (3), Andy Zblewski (4), Cheryl Krause (5), George Strander (6) and Mayor William M. Wheaton.

            Administration: Mike Herman, City Manager;  Kevin Markovich, Director of Public Services; Kerry Helmick, Finance Director/City Clerk/City Treasurer; Eric Miller, Chief of Public Safety; Sandee MacGeorge, City Manager Administrative Assistant; John Tracy, Code Enforcement Officer; Jill Domingo, Deputy Clerk; Joe Domingo, Public Services Superintendent; Bonnie Edmonds, City Clerk Administrative Assistant and Mark Robison, City Attorney.

III.     DISCUSSION

            A.         2008 Proposed City Budget.

An overview was provided by City Manager Herman.

Additional comments were received from Council Members Gant, Waito, Strander, Zblewski, Branche and Krause; Mayor Wheaton; City Manager Herman; Finance Director Helmick and Public Safety Chief Miller.

IV.       ADJOURNMENT

            Zblewski moved, Branche supported, CARRIED, to adjourn the Study Session.  (7-0, rcv).

            Mayor Wheaton adjourned the Study Session at 8:00 p.m.
