1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor William Wheaton opened the Regular Session at 7:00 p.m.

a. Proclamation Therese Hesslau, Girl Scouts
Presented to Girl Scouts, represented by Therese Hesslau, recognizing the week of 03-10-02 as Girl Scout week, and their 90th Anniversary.

a. Approval of Regular Session Minutes February 19, 2002.
b. Approval of Work Session Minutes February 26, 2002.
c. Request Approval for Knights of Columbus to Hold Annual Statewide Tootsie Roll Drive March 22, 23, and 24, 2002.
Klepper moved, Thomas supported, CARRIED, to Approve the Consent Calendar. (7-0 rcv)
8. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL DISCUSSION
a. Request Approval To Advertise City-owned Vacant Land for Sale.
Davis moved, Klepper supported, CARRIED, to Approve Advertising City-owned Vacant Land for Sale with any exception other than building to clearly be noted on the bid. (7-0 rcv)
b. Request Approval of Water Systems Maintenance Agreement with Starr Commonwealth.
Discussion only, NO ACTION TAKEN.
c. Discussion of Request to Vacate E. Porter Street from Hannah Street West to Huron Street
Discussion only, NO ACTION TAKEN.
d. Discussion of Study Session for Other City Issues.
It was the consensus of the council that they would have a study session on 3-18-02, after the regular session, to discuss water and sewer rate increases and a study session on 04-08-02 to discuss economic development issues.

10.EXECUTIVE SESSION
a. The City Manager requests an Executive Session under the Open Meetings Act (Section 15.268(d), P.A. 267 of 1976 as amended) to consider the purchase or lease of real property up to the time an option to purchase or lease that real property is obtained.
Thomas moved, Zblewski supported, CARRIED, to adjourn to Executive Session. (7-0 rcv)
Mayor Wheaton adjourned to Executive Session at 7:44 p.m.
Mayor Wheaton Reconvened the Regular Session at 9:24 p.m.
