Land Combination & Division Applications
To split a piece of land off of your parcel or combined one to it, you must use the following applications. In addition to these applications, you must also record the transaction with the Calhoun County Clerk and Register of Deeds office.
Failure to file applications with the City of Albion will result in an inaccurately assessed taxable value of your property.
