To consider appeals from the decisions of the official charged with the enforcement of the property maintenance codes and tree appeals. |
| Establishment |

Albion Code Section 18-337(c) defines the qualifications for board membership, which are more based on varieties of skill and experience than upon residency. |

| Five voting members to be appointed by the Mayor, confirmed by the City Council, and who are knowledgeable on building and housing matters | At the discretion of the appointing authority. |
