City Council Study Session
May 14, 2009
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Joseph Domingo opened the Study Session at 7:00 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Ron Gant (1), Betty Branche (2), Thorland Bradley (3), Andy Zblewski (4), Cheryl Krause (5) and Mayor Joseph Domingo. George Strander (6) arrived at 7:05 p.m.
Administration: Mike Herman, City Manager; Kevin Markovich, Director of Public Services; Jill Domingo, Deputy Clerk; John Tracy, Code Enforcement Officer and Chuck Robison, City Attorney.
Albion Public Schools Superintendent Fred Clarke and Albion Community Foundation Executive Director Elizabeth Schulteiss were also present.
III. DISCUSSION
Opening comments were given by City Manager Herman.
A. Albion Public Schools & Albion Community Foundation – Focus Groups in Conjunction with City Council Town Hall Meetings.
Comments were received from Council Members Gant, Zblewski, Krause, Bradley and Branche, Mayor Domingo, City Manager Herman, Director of Public Services Markovich, School Superintendent Clarke and Foundation Director Schulteiss.
B. Review of Honeywell Feasibility Report.
An overview was given by City Manager Herman.
Additional comments were received from Council Members Gant, Bradley, Zblewski, Strander, Krause and Branche, Mayor Domingo, City Manager Herman and Director of Public Services Markovich.
C. Review of Road Repair Options Suggested by City Engineer.
An overview was given by City Manager Herman.

IV. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Domingo adjourned the Study Session at 8:40 p.m.
